Fall Sports registration is underway

Requirements

Permission Slips :  Register online by 06/02/17   http://mhsathletics.coffeecup.com/forms/Athletics/).

Physicals: Athletes will need a physical on file that is within 13 months of their last physical. So if a student's physical runs out during the season, they will be required to see a physician/nurse practitioner for a new physical exam.

User Fee:    There is a $150 fee due for each athlete per season with a $500 family maximum for the 2017 - 2018 season.  When  you register online, at the end of the portion you will be directed to a page to pay online or go to www.mhs-athletics.com and look for online payment link. The ONLY sport that can pay online are TRACK and FOOTBALL ~  all other sports need to submit cash or check and will receive their money back if your child does not make the team. Checks should be made out to Mansfield High School

Payment Due Dates:  06/09/17
Final day to have all registration material submitted to ensure your child will be able to participate on the first day of fall sports is 06/09/17

Impact Testing  We have two dates scheduled for fall sports for athletes who need impact testing.  If the athlete has never had the test or their test is older than two years old, they need to take the test. 

Incoming Freshman May 18 ~ (except football and cheer)

Juniors or anyone else whose test is older than two years will be June 6. (except football and cheer)

Testing begins 2 p.m.  in Room 115 at the high school ~ no late admittance.
